A ballpoint pen with a good stem is the most democratic pen. It is convenient for carrying in a bag or a pocket of a jacket, it does not flow. The handwriting of such a pen is generally stable, and every person writes it. The most prestigious firms of ink pens such as Regular, Parker write fine, save the handwriting, and the ink is bright. However, they need to be filled, sometimes handles flow, sometimes, at the most crucial moment, the pen breaks. Still, I like handles with a capillary rod - it writes thinly, brightly, does not scratch a paper. Immediately it should be mentioned that not everyone without a workout is able to write such a pen beautifully.

It is best to write a ball-point pen on an oil base. Used for long-term writing, of course quickly, but compared to gel, this is acceptable. I sometimes wrote gel on one day, when there was a busy schedule. Just ballpoint pens with conventional ink do not always write well, and given the paper in "modern notebooks" - even more so. Now the problem with the pens is for many schoolchildren. On paper, which is taken as a basis for exercise books, ballpoint pens write very badly. And then, you have to choose either write a gel or use a pen with oil ink. I prefer the second option.
