Let's see what a smile is and what its phenomenon is.

A smile is a genetically engineered mechanism. Everyone had an honor of watching small children. So, try to remember what a little person does, who just came into this world. So, he starts to smile. Just smiles.

A smile is our most sincere and simple emotion. Yes, it is fake, nevertheless, people for some reason do it. More precisely, they know that even in this case something good will happen anyway. Anyone who is familiar with the work of the brain knows that the formation of a smile occurs in the left part, which is responsible for our emotions.

Most importantly, when we smile, impulses come to our brain that says that we are happy and satisfied. And when we sit with sour faces, the reverse effect occurs, - bad thoughts, anxiety, and so on begin to appear.

The second point. Surely, many of you were in the company, where invariably there is, so to speak a regular joker. This is the guy who tells something although if it is not funny jokes, people for some reason laugh. So, they laugh because he laughs, and his jokes have absolutely nothing to do with it.
